How is a message billed?

Per SMS part, deducted from your wallet balance. The dashboard shows you the exact part count and cost before you send anything.

Can I schedule a campaign for later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick a date and time in the campaign wizard, or send immediately. Scheduled campaigns can be cancelled any time before they go out.

How do sender IDs get approved?

Accepted Answer

Register a sender in the dashboard and submit it for approval. Each network reviews it independently, so you can track MTN and Airtel status separately.

Do time-critical messages get priority?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mark a campaign as transactional and it's routed ahead of standard and bulk-class traffic, so an OTP doesn't sit behind a promotion.

Can my whole team use one account?

Yes. Invite teammates from Settings and manage what they can see and do with role-based permissions.
